This week seemed to have flown by - I guess that is what happens when every day is planned out - eh? February has been good to me so far... Last week I hosted a State of the Union Watch Party complete with Bush Bingo. It was fun but very late - it didn't even air until 2am. Kinda the same thing with the SuperBowl last night - started at 11:30pm and we found a bar in Camden that was hosting a watch party - wings and all... but it felt SO late. Especially after going to the Tottenham Hotspurs football (yes North Americans - that would be soccer) match and celebrating the 3-1 win. It was awesome and super fun. These Brits can get rowdy!
Alright - off to read for class tomorrow and then out for a pint to celebrate the Latin Americanists handing in their essays today.... Pics from football to come.
An Insight Into Mara's Life Between the US and the UK SO - after contemplating it - I think I am going to resume this blog and blogger life... Just as my state-side friends used this to keep up with my life when I was in London, I am hoping my UK friends and use it for the same purpose now that I am back in the states (which I am still getting used to).
